Why do I feel tired and sick/anxious after eating?

Hey, I've been having this issue for a while now, about 6 months or so. I used to be able to gorge on any food and eat a lot! I'm skinny but I've always eaten a lot more than most people I know. I started to feel nauseous about 6 months ago, it was random. I'd just feel sick and weak. Then it was always after I ate. Now whenever I eat, I immediately feel very irritable and tired, and flu-ish. A little bloated too with mild pain under my ribs. Whenever I am able to eat, I almost immediately start passing gas as soon as the food enters my stomach. I'm not sure what it is. I also recently noticed that my entire abdomen is tender. Underneath my right ribcage, there's an organ that feels very sensitive and swollen/hard. I have almost no appetite until early evening everyday. I feel my stomach gurgling a lot also. I'm a little worried. I haven't yet seen a doctor but plan on it. I just need some insight if anyone has any ideas?
