What is my likelihood of skin cancer?

I have very pale, freckled skin and hazel eyes but dark hair.

I wouldn't say I burn very easily, but I don't tan easily either. I have had a few fairly bad sunburns in my life, but none as a child.

I come from a very healthy, long-living family with very small incidence of cancer despite a lot of smoking and sunbathing. The only person who's had cancer is my aunt, aged 70 - ovarian cancer.

I do have a lot of moles, and quite a lot of them are over 5mm in size.

I'm worried, please help! :(
