Does the OBD link sx scan tool for a PC need internet to work? Or does it work with out the internet
This app certainly does - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.motordata.obd I've been using it for some time and it's really reliable so far, so I even purchased the full version. Now I can send the logs back to the app devs if something goes wrong. Great service.
