My car stereo will not turn on when I replaced it

I replaced my car stereo a pioneer D be H 2 1 001 B with a pioneer E h 1 5 0 m p p I replace the radio and the harnesses are the same. All the coded wires matched but when I turned the vehicle turned on the radio was good for 5cminutes and then shut off. I returned the radio and got a new one this time it didnt turn on at all...i checked the fuses and they were good but now mycluster is now sticking and radio does not work at all. What else can I do
