Finding a right good girl , help?

Well I'm single 16 years old , all I'm asking for is a long lasting faithful relationship but it's hard to choose girls cause I'm very picky about girls I would like to date , some people tell me to wait that it will come on it's own but I think I need to talk to girls so I can get to know them but anyways any steps or help to get a girl interested in me ? Any help will be good thanks!
