How can I make my neighbors motion light stay on all the time at night!

My neighbor installed the brightest motion lights and has one of them pointed directly into my bedroom. I asked her to PLEASE move the light down some, she said F-OFF. Ok then!! She has them on a timer apparently they go off every 5 minutes on the dot. Didn't know they could do that. So I will put up black out curtains in mine and my daughters bedroom, but want her lights to never be able to turn off. Let her pay that electric bill.

You could run in front of it every 5 minutes.... But I dont recommend doing anything
