Im not friendly and it makes me sad

Like during school it makes me jealous how some studnets can have conversations with their teachers. I want to be able to have one but I anever can bc im rlly shy. Like theres this one teacher tht I want to have a conversation with but idk wht to say. whenever I c him talking n smiling n having fun with other students it makes me jealous of those ppl who can easily have a conversation. Any advice. Im in hs btw
