Xbox live gold please answer asap!

HELP! I REALLY want Xbox Live GOLD, but I need to convince my mom. I want to get games for free, have all the perks, and really want to play Batman Arkham Origins online. But she doesn't want to pay for it every month right now unless it's all I want for Christmas, even though I only play one other thing that you pay for every month. I am 12 and am absolutely mature enough. HOW DO I CONVINCE HER PLEASE REPLY ASAP!
