Expert radiologist second opinion for your advanced imaging study: anyone interested?

Have you ever had an imaging study such as a CT (CAT scan), MRI, PET scan, or ultrasound? If yes, have you ever wished that a second radiologist (one with greater expertise in the relevant field, a subspecialist in that particular field) take a second look and give you a second opinion/ verify that the original interpretation is correct? If such a service were made available online, would you use it? How much would you be willing to pay for it? Would you be interested in additional services such as a patient-friendly explanation of the findings, annotated selected images which demonstrate the abnormalities, or having a live video conference with the radiologist?
