I need to know if I've worked out my muscle mass correct

I'm 15, and tried to work out my muscle mass and fat mass. I worked out that I'm 17% fat, and 81% muscle? It seems really wrong, I can't be 81% muscle. I'm fit, I run a mile every day, and do lots of push ups sit ups and chin ups every day, but I think 81% is too much. Is it possible to have 81% muscle mass at 15 (male)
