Basically, we bought a pre-owned 3DS thinking it would be all new and all, but it has a passcode lock. In order to get it unlocked and receive a master key, I need to contact Nintendo Customer Service, apparently. So I called the number 9730 9822, and it is unavailable. But it looks like I have to call them via Skype, but I cannot because Skype doesn't allow me to do so.
Is there any other way to contact Nintendo Customer Service?
