(Counter) Surprise Party

So I inadvertantly found out about my surprise bday party. Lets just say my friends were sloppy. I know a lot of time and effort went into planning it and I want to respect that. But my frends also know i'm a practical joker. So i'm thinking I want to have a counter suprise. Something like show up with party horn? looking for ideas. any help is greatly appreciated.
