What to inlude in an analysis? I am confused please help me

I do English GCSE AQA both literature and language. It seems that there are many ways to analyse a text, and this is different from analysing a picture. So I am really confused to what I should include in a literature analysis and in a language analysis. Could you please help me. I follow the structure of PEA, and I don't know what to include in the A part.
