Why am I freezing all the time, how can I stop it?

I suffer from anorexia, but I have gained a whole lot of weight since I was at my worst. I used to weigh 36 kg at my worst, but now I weigh around 46-47 kg and I am 155 cm tall (same as when it all started). I am always cold. It has always been this way, but I know the anorexia and restricted foodintake can make it worse, but I keep feeling as cold as I used to when I was really thin, and I know I used to be warmer before that. Am I always going to be this cold, and is it because of my anorexia? Is there some way or any tricks to get warmer in the body itself (without having to eat a ton, and by the way I eat normal amount of food now). It's really cold all the time, and I live in Norway and it's getting colder for everyday since it's in the winter!!! PLease help!!
