Its been two weeks i'm working out and no changes.Am I supposed to be nervous?

I'm 12 male and I always wanted to have a perfect body. I've been working out since October 20. Twice a week and diet. But there are no changes in my body. Should I be worried about that?

Actually, your age is quite small. As the duration too is little which will show the changes on your body. It's advisable that at your age, you can go with the healthy diet, running and stretching at regular basis.
