Glossophobia getting out of hand

I now experience a lot if anxiety everyday for fear of being asked to read a page of a book or a paragraph. In my history and English classes there is a lot of picking on people to read things out loud. I have absolutely no problem simply speaking or talking infront of a class, there's just something about having to read from something that gets me, every time I have to my voice starts trembling and my heart rate increases. I am doing a history GCSE, and most lessons the teacher will get people reading large paragraphs from textbooks. I get so anxious days before history lessons because of this. Also, the girl I fancy is in history, so If I screw up in front of her it will be incredibly embarrassing. I will have to put up with this for 2 years, and I don't think I can. I can't change my gcses now, so I will have to put up with this. Help
