English native speakers please help!?

Hello! I'm very interested, how can I say in English properly, that I have russian blood in my veins? Like " russian blood flows through my veins", meaning that one of my ancestors was russian. Or both of these forms are right? Thanks in advance!!

They are all correct forms of saying you are Russian.
