Plz answer I am really stressed out

I'll start from the beginning this summer I began getting a unatural amount of migraines which felt terrible. I was dealing with then school started the migraines made it hard to stay in school so my mom took me to the doctor. Now I have to go to the doctor so much. I'm missing so much school from doc appointments. I am scared to go to school because I don't want teacher asking why I have been gone a lot. What about when grades come out. I wanna literally not deal with the stress. It's at the point where I wanna kill myself sometimes.

First off, killing yourself shouldn't EVER be an option, so put that out of your mind, for good!
I asked a wise old 78 year old I know, what's three things you would tell a young person about life, he said; 1- never go to bed mad 2- don't sweat the small stuff and 3- things change-nothing remains the same.
Also, find a way to "not get so stressed", easier said then done. Google "understanding stress", I had no idea how stress actually affects our body until after my husband had a heart attack and I researched, our bodies are truly amazing.
One more thing, for migraine relief, try soaking your feet and hands in warm/hot water. The heat on your extremities pulls the blood from your head relieving migraine.
