Please help me,I wanna get fit.

Hi,it's Henry,
since I was 11 years old I always lock the door of my room and exercise,but nothing changed!...None of my family members know that im exercising.The problem is that...I only do exercises in my room because if I go to gym or lift some weights...or jogging...they will just laugh at me...i wanna get fit..I do bodyweight squat 20x, incline pushup 20x,walking lunge 20x,hip thrust 20x,push up 20x, and crunches 25x, today I discovered that planking can help..

Exercise is only one part of what it takes to really get fit. You have to eat right and have the proper nutrition. You also need someone who can coach you through the process. I borrowed this for you from I hope they don't mind :) LOL.

The next thing that you have to do is stop caring what other think. What matters is being comfortable with yourself. Some people call it being comfortable in your own skin. We all go through that, so you're not alone. Just be patient with yourself and get a complete plan for you exercise, diet, nutrition, and how you carry this on through out your life.

I'm 12 and overweight I need to lose at least 46lbs I joined P.E. at school we do like jumping jacks, squat thrusts, stepups, pushups situps, jump ropes, weight lifting everyday and I already feel a difference in just 1 month

but I need to exercise at home and I dont have any equipment,i tried different exercise routines but always stopped after a month because I still feel the same,any suggestions?(My parents dont know im doing that,i want it to be a secret for now)
You can do all this at home minus weights! I know how you feel cuz my parents are always saying how much weight I've gained Once I even cryed!! But try looking it up on google, bing...
