My boyfriend talks to really pretty girls all the time

On Facebook he literally adds hundreds of really pretty girls and I've caught him a few times sending hearts and crap to other girls before. He also said "I love you" to one of them. This really bothers me and honestly I feel like this is cheating in a way. What do I do? I've talked to him about it before and he continues to do it.

How long have you been with him? I've had this done to me before, I told him time and time again, but he kept on doing it. We broke up. Depending on how long you've been with him, you can work it out but I would leave. He must be making you insucure? That's how I felt.
