Will colleges care that I retook a class?

In 8th grade, I had algebra 1, and I got an A for my final grade. In 9th grade, I had the option to take it again, and I felt like I wasn't ready for geometry (math isn't my strongest subject), so I did (ugh I regret it). My final grade was an A. On a big test I took last year, I had to bubble in the classes I've taken throughout the years (I'm now a junior), and it looked really shitty because I had bubbled in algebra 1 twice and it looked like I had failed it or something. Now, I'm a level below almost everyone else in my grade when it comes to the math department. I'm just wondering: Will colleges look at this and notice that I retook the class and disregard the good marks? I'm just a paranoid person and this has been bothering me O_O
