I want to make a non-profitable orgaisation for the poor childrens in nepal .

I am basically from Nepal but right now I live in Hamburg for my studies .. and my heart breaks everytime when I see the poor childrens in the streets of Nepal without any warm place to sleep , always trying to have some left over food to fullfill their hunger of many days and education is like a dream to them ... I wish I could help them. I see many peoples and friends around me wasting money in so many unwanted things lavishly .And sometime I think that it would mean a lot for those kids IF ONLY we could save some little amout of our monthly expenses for them ..so I need some helping hands ...but dont know where to start from ..
