Can someone recommend a low-cost implementation of Site-to-Site VPN?

Hi, I'm a bit new to VPN. We have a project where we need to connect to a API service of a big company. They said we need to have a VPN Site to site connection and they're opening a tunnel for us. They use a Checkpoint VPN Appliance. We are the one who needs to connect to them, they have nothing to do with us. The problem is we might implement this on a limited time only, we are not sure how long the project will run, we have to try first. Its a bit costly to buy a VPN appliance just for that. They using a Sha-256 encryption, I cant find an inexpensive VPN router that has that, mostly SHA-1 only.

I have looked at Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Sonic wall.. they are a bit pricy.

Can someone recommend any low-cost VPN device which supports SHA-256? or do you know any software based possibly with a free-trial so I don't have to buy the license yet until we are sure.

Thanks so much!
