University student and get confused

I'm a university student and currently study at Singapore Institute of Management University in Singapore and I have spent my first year here. I came from Indonesia. I'm studying accounting and finance. I'm taking UOL (University of London) program and it will take me 3 years to finish the program. Well, honestly speaking I feel that probably I made the wrong choice for not choosing United States as my destination to continue my study. I'm considering all the costs (tuition, living cost, etc) that there's only a slightly difference between USA and Singapore. I'm comparing SIM university with Texas A&M Corpus Christi university which can give me scholarship and I'm looking at the currency between USD and SGD which only differs a bit. Instead, I may have different experience there comparing to Singapore which is similar to Indonesia. At that time, I was confused and I can't think clearly. I don't really like living in Singapore because it's boring and the weather is so humid and living cost is very high.

I just need your opinion perhaps you can help me. thanks
