I'm 28 yrs Indian male with 5.11 height weighing 85 kgs (overweight).
I need to reduce weight by 9 kgs in next 3-4 months.
My daily calorie requirement is 2200-2300
But as I have to reduce weight, am trying to restrict calorie intake to 1600-1700 per day.
When I tried to find what diet should I take which is healthy n low carb, I found that oatmeal, tuna.,, and other food items which are not available in India. At the same time, I dont want to get hyper or take stress regarding weight loss n calories intake.
Hence, I decided to depend food which are prepared in home or easily available in nearby, example. chapati, rice, tur dal, vegetable, apple, carrot juice, fish, etc..etc
So, straight NO to cornflakes in morning or sandwich in night.
But still I got no details available regarding homemade food items that how much calories are available in specific quantity.
So plz provide me with details of calories in home made food items so that I can continue my weight loss program without invoving cost, time n stress.
Suggestions are most welcome, if any change is required.
My cardio traning includes, 1 hour of cycling and 1 and half hour of Taekwondo.
