"what is the difference between "the 2 other conditions and the other 2 conditions" in english?"

I want to know what the difference between (the two other conditions VS the other two conditions) is.Please help me with them.

It's probably just the syntax, which is basically the way we set up our sentences.

If someone said: "Me go take shower not before I leave house" you'd probably be able to understand that they meant " I'm not taking a shower before I leave the house." But the grammar is incorrect and sounds funny because of the way its set's up.

The syntax of "the two other conditions" is just off, if you say it to yourself you can tell it doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well as "the other two conditions" just as "If you don't want to, it's okay though" doesn't sound as well as the correct "If you don't want to though, it's okay."
