Yallow vaginal discharge,without odor or itching,i am virgin.

I am virgin and I have yellow vaginal discharge,without odor or itching.i am taking Yasmin for my PCOD.recently an online doctor prescribed me Metronidazloe 250 for 7 days.after 1 week my menstrual period started and could not recognize its effect.yesterday my period finished and today I am clean of blood,but my discharge still is yellow.Has this yellowish discharge any positive correlation with taking Yasmin?someone in a forum told me that it is yeast infection,but as far as I know yeast is white and tick and like cheese,but mine is not tick and also is yellow.
