My girlfriend sent me text saying that her dad is a dick, and he is to be honest, but she said that he's going to try and text me that she cheated on me, cause she went over her friends house and when her dad came to pick her up this guy ran out the house to hand her her glasses so her dad thinks she did something dirty, and she's my girlfriend. But she claims she did nothing, and that he was only there for 5 minutes before she left, I believe her, she would never do anything like that to me, any help?

I would trust her but be a little cautious. Ask her how her dad is being a dick. If she cant give a reason or a good one at that you have a right to be a little suspicious. For now though trust her
