I have been more hyper than normal.

Ok so I will admit I am very hyper I would normally just have moments where I would act crazy then go back to normal. But now I have just been going crazy all the time it has been hard I cant sleep and when I do I only sleep for 2 3 hours because I can't stay still. Any tips on how to calm down?
