Has anyonr ever survived undiagnosed ruptured appendix?

my appendix disappeared after surgery in 2012, the next cat scan and everone thereafter. I did have reason to believe I had peritoneal infection. After having partial hysterectomy, I hurt and strained mightily doing CPR on a friend. Afterward, the pain got worse and worse. Within 3 months infection started stabbing me where gallbladder had previously been taken out five years earlier. The pain was everywhere, upper and lower abdomen. I lost weight, couldn't walk on right leg, couldn't sit up, unbelievable pain. Scans showed all kinds of fluid floating around, but was always sent home from ER's, saying nothing was wrong. It went on for over
10 months.
