I used to Inhalent abuse issue? Please?

Hello, so I used to have a really bad whiteout and nail polish and spray paint fume inhalation problem, sometimes with mothballs. I stopped a while back but whenever I think about it I can feel my throat close up and I feel high? Is anything wrong?
