Should I end exchange year early when I have a family emergency back home?

My mum got into an accident and is in the hospital right now. My best friend has to have a serious surgery too. I only have 3 weeks of school left in my host country and in 2 months my parents were gonna come to visit me and explore the country with me. But my mum might not even be able to come with them now. I really wanna go home and support them cause they are both really important to me but I don't know if thats a good idea.
