He immediately went to court to file custody for the child so she wouldn't be able to see the baby cause he felt she wasn't safe.. He also gave her a thing where she can't come near him or the baby or she'll get arrested.
Well a month past and he recently has been hanging back out with her while he's still living with us, giving her food and buying her stuff after claiming all this awful stuff he went back to her (ugh) and taking the baby even though he still has a restraining order on her. They had court yesterday and she didn't appear because she knew she had broken the injunction and would be arrested. They still continue to hang out. He can't take the charges off. My question is- will my brother get in trouble for being with a woman that he filed all that agaisnt if she gets caught? Cause he claimed that she was awful and stuff and now he's hanging out with her with his baby? Couldn't that get him arrested if she was arrested and said that he was helping her?
They hangout out of our house so we have no idea where she is or I would call her in in a heart beat ,but I'm concerned for my brother to.
