Do not have sugar before bed and not to much texting or anything.

About 30 minutes before bed, try reading, making your lunch, or coloring. Something. Sugar, caffeine, electronics, tv, etc all contribute to the nightmares im sure. You know how people say that music helps you go to sleep? Dont listen to that. Its bad for your body.
So yeah, just 30 minutes before bed, get a cup of water and do something to calm your mind beforw you go to sleep.
