Is this my period or implantation cause I am confuses about this whole thing plzz help?

Hi , me and my boyfriend are trying to have a baby I have a 29 cycle which last for 6 days my 1st period was apirl 12th and I had unprotected sex on ovulation day and I'm expecting my period on may11th so I been feel very sicklower back pain and feeling I have a fever when may 7th came I had blood but it was light and it was pinkish reddish and it had clear discharge and it wasNt heavy like my period but that day I had mild cramps I had back pain I feel dizzy sick every time I try getting up I felt like I was gonna throw up what is causing this cause I'm confused
