What is the best european country to live and work in for a guy with an arabic nationality

My name is Azzam , I'm from Iraq but a have been living in Germany for a month now , I am afraid that a won't find work for me and my wife , I finished High school and like to study in a university , my wife has a pharmaceutical degree from Syria .

Please Help ,,,,,, I need someone's advise
