What would be punishment for a minor for swatting/hostage hoax to someone's house/bomb threats?

I need some advice, I'm going to an attorney in a while, I had a search warrant issued to me and had all my electronics taken away for investigation what legal charges would I face? And could the family I swatted press charges?
