Where to find powerful traditonal church choir music

The kind that is associated with divinity and sounds like angels. I have always wanted to get a culmination of such music to buy and listen to. Very powerful, bold, and very angelic primarily a choir of voices but instrumental is used as well, mainly though it is the pure bold voice that is the staple, usually sung in latin, maybe other languages I am not sure. It is closest to opera. Where can I find music like that?
