Can this man legally sue me?

Ok I sold my 1988 bayliner boat to a man that I drove 30 minutes to meet. He looked at it and liked it. I told him the motor does run and that it does need some upholstery work, but the baron in the foot of the motor went out and needs replaced. He agreed and signed the bill of sale in which I stated I blah blah am selling blah blah my 1988 bayliner. I garauntee the motor to run but needs the out shaft baron and that's the only issue to my knowledge. The guy takes it homes and his wide doesn't like it. Says we screwed him and it needs a new floor blah blah. He calls back saying he wants his money back. We told him no we aren't giving his money back just because his wife doesn't like it. Now he's saying all this stuff about the motor and interior of the boat needing fixed and it doesn't. He's threatening to sue us. Is this possible? We have done nothing wrong!
