I sent a blood letter to my psychologist, what do I do?

I was really low and I usually send letters to my osycologist telling him how I feel and u sent him a blood letter saying please help me and now I regret it. What will he do what will he say? I was just really upset.

More likely a transference issue. But dont worry though, so long you dont up the ante to the point of a direct threat to the person involved. You can solved this issue amicably at your next session. Best thing to do is not to overthink.
