last year I met this girl she was really good looking but didnt make a move.. after a while decided to hit her up we both really like each other and were really close we could tell eachother anything, after 3 months of talking/flirting it started to get boring she still really liked me but I started to lose feelings so I slowly stoped talking to her and also my phone broke so that helped. Now I started getting all these feelings back , I text her sometimes she answers at the beginning and then doesnt answer later or she doesnt answer at all or pick up.. I really want to talk to her and get close again... should I just try to get over again and move on or tell her how I feel and try to start talking to her again like before???

I think you should tell her how you feel and start back up again but if you lose feelings for her again I suggest you let it go.
