Game boy advanced Emulator Control Problems.

Hey, I started playing my old friend Pokemon Red on PC using the Visual Boy Advanced (Its an emulator) but I don't know how to access the Menu! I realized this problem when I wanted to access the Map and found out I don't know which button opens it! I try looking into the controls but it didn't have any for the menu! Usually, the controls of VisualBoyAdvance are:

Arrow Keys = D-Pad
Z = B
X = A
Enter = Start
Right CTRL (or Right Shift if I'm wrong) = Select
