Smeg dc122ss dishwasher - how to adjust height

Hi. I have just taken delivery of a smeg dc122ss-1 dishwasher. How do I adjust the feet? Not here is a plastic plinth at the front at the bottom which looks like I need to remove to get to the front feet and the adjusters for the two back feet. I've pulled it as hard as I dare but it doesn't want to budge. Can you help confirm how I am supposed to access the adjusters?
