Help with HIV related question.

I am a cashier. A gentlemen came through my line on Friday with a rash on his face. I think it was red, but also it was hard to tell the color in the sunlight. I know that Kaposi Sarcoma is purple blotches on the face. I have an open wound on my finger with some bleeding (I did touch him) and now I am afraid I could have contracted HIV?
