How do I repair this?💻

Ok so I have a acer windows 8 and when I turn it on it says |RECOVERY pc needs to be repaired the boot configuration data file is missing some required information you'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media if you don't have any installation media (like a disk or USB device) contact your system administrator or pc manufacture| So I have no clue what to do my laptop also does not have a disk drive... So I cannot use a disk like it says to do and yeah I need help ASAP thanks :)
