Help me find old ps1 racing game.

I remember playing it on my neighbour's ps1. When choosing a car type there was just grid with car types that you could choose from. When you enter player's name it would show on the rear windshield. There was an indicator where your car took damage (engine, front left/right wheel, axle...). I'm not sure if I remember anything else.

Any of the need for speed unbound it might be called?
