What is the best university to study media makeup at? ( uk only)

I really want to study specialist media makeup when I go to university. I thought I had found the perfect course, but I realized that I knew nothing about the university itself. I did some research and found out that it was ranked 123 out of 124 UK university's. Doesn't sound too good! Does anyone know a good place? PLEASE HELP!!!!

i dont live in the uk sorry, but if you go on a tour of uni's or colleges in the area, then look for he course that will let you do that.
