I need a book title!

Im writing a book about these to guys (Wynter and Echo) who got married. Echos aunt and her family come over for a few weeks, but they dont know about the guys. The day before they arrive, Wynter gets sick and they cant cancel any plans since the family members are already on their way. Echo has to take care of his sick husband, homophobic aunt, and make sure that they dont find out.

This is a sequel to a book, and I cant think of a title, please help.
