Help with sprinting?

Okay so I'm in track and I run a decent 100m and 200m. 100m I think my best is 13seconds and 200 probably 33 seconds. I wanna at least run a 12 if possible a 11 100m and at least a 29 200m. How long would it take to get to that point? I have two weeks until my first meet so it's not that long. Help? What can I do to decrease my time?
