How can I heal PLEASE! Anyone who gives a little advice I will give you thumbs up!

So in third grade I was playing soccer and I got kicked and a blood vesil broke on my left thigh. And 7 years later I started playing flag football and me and a guy were going after a guy trying to get a flag he dove for the flag and he landed right in front of me and the speed I was going I couldn't stop So I feel over him And I felt a Pain in my leg HIS FLIPPEN cleat hit my broken blood vesil. That happened on yesterday. After practice I had to go to a party so I didn't have time to check it out but when I got home I looked at it and it was swollen and I had a HUGE bump. Now im limping and we have our first game of the season on Saturday ad I need to be in top shape so any one have any tips on how I can heal faster...

Note: I have P.E. and everyday and I have a field trip tomorrow and we are going to walk a mile to a park and then we are going to be doing athletic stuff. Plus I have a problem because I like to win so I don't like to back out of a game because I'm hurt

UPDATE: well.... um it getting bigger I think it been 2 weeks now and it doesn't seem like it getting better...

You Can Put An Ice Pack On It And Maybe Massage the muscle .

you should get it checked out just to be sure. if it ends up being nothing you can put an ice pack on it and just stay inside for a bit.

go to a doctor to get it checked and yeah if its nothing major then ice it, and rest for a while

It's better to go easy on it and not push yourself at athletic stuff for a while. You don't want to risk making it worse.

I agree with what everyone else has said.
